How do we communicate?
​We use a variety of communication methods to suit your preferences, including email, phone, WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
What are your working hours?
Our standard working hours are 9am-3pm, Monday - Friday, but we are flexible and can discuss bespoke arrangements depending on your needs.
Will I have the same VA every time?
Yes, you will have a dedicated VA who gets to know your business, preferences, and ways of working, ensuring a seamless experience.
How do you handle confidential information?
Discretion and security are our top priorities. We adhere to strict confidentiality agreements, use secure document-sharing platforms, and follow best practices for data protection.
Can you work with my existing team?
Absolutely. We are experienced in collaborating with in-house teams, external suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth workflows and efficient operations.
I know I need help but I don't know what with -where do I start?
If you’re unsure where to start, begin by identifying what’s taking up your time. Are there tasks you find repetitive, time-consuming, or outside your expertise?
